Newbee to the industry

Wanted to say hello to everyone on BHW. I'm am very new to online sales and marketing. I have recently created an Adult Site and I'm very unsure on what to do next, in terms of marketing, adding new content and RSS feeds. The way i currently have it set up as an affiliate site. I look forward to reading any suggestions you may have.
