Newb Question - Unlimited Domains

Starting to do my research on doing a hosted wp setup. I have only made some single html sites in the past so this one thing is eluding me.

When they say unlimited domains... does that mean you can have as many domain names as you want pointing to 1 wp blog? Does it mean you can has multiple domains pointing to separate wp blogs hosted on the same package? Am I wrong with both?

In reference, I am looking at Hostgator Hatchling vs. Baby plans. I will be following the Affilioblueprint method with about 4 - 6 WP blogs. All being under different niches and domain names.

What they are actually referring to is that you can have unlimited domains hosted (as addon domains). They will work as separate sites and each of them will have its own directory on your FTP /domainname.com /domainname.net

OK, so that means this was the answer then "Does it mean you can has multiple domains pointing to separate wp blogs hosted on the same package?". So long as I dont go over the storage limit for the plan.
