Newb question about keywords and how google index

Hello guys,

I've just started learning SEO, been reading a lot and got my website listed on google quite fast without having to do anything. Now my keywords just showed up on google webmaster tool and it got me a little worried.

I just found out that my pages were using my tags only as keywords.. this isn't good. Even worst google picked my keywords phrases and splited them into single words. So Black Hat World became

1- Black
2- Hat
3- World

I totally fail to hit my niche target with these keywords. Should I put " " around phrases to keep them as it in the webmaster tool?

Also I want to change how my URL are generated in WP. I had it set in a really strange way when I started. Will it get me in trouble with google now that my pages are indexed with my current URL?

I hope this post make sense. I typed it at work and got interrupted about 10 times

Your post is a bit confused. But it sounds like you need to read about what the information in GWT means. I think you misunderstand the things that are visible in GWT.
