Heyo if I'm running private proxies for my ig accounts do I need to always keep the same proxy? or come the end of the month switch it up?

keep the same ones, its risky to switch up. also if you switch let your account sit idle for 24h to emulate travelling.

You can switch or change proxies any time but some social media sites may ask you to confirm the verification process again if you switch the ip.
