newb looking for some guidance

hi everybody I know there are always people asking best way to make money. I am seeking advice on a complete white hat way to earn a constant 1K a month. I know it is gonna take alot of hard work and I'm not scared about that, I also know it doesn't happen overnight. But if you all can give me some ideas on what would some good ways to start for a newb like me and what kinda realistic time frame i would be looking at to acheive a goal like this. I know this is a small amount compared to some of you but i would like to learn something white hat to start my journey to freedom. and I need a way to do all this all online as I'm planning to move to a new country and would just like to have to rely on on computer and some hard work. I know you all are getting tired of these kinds of questions but any real help and advice would be appreciated.

Start by figuring out what marketable skills you have. Try to match those skills to tasks that you won't mind doing every day. If you need more training, search online for free & cheap training modules (iOffer, Lynda, etc.). Build a portfolio of moderately-technical work (article writing, logos, simple web design) and market yourself online. Good luck!
