Newb, Content Locking and Incent Friendly Networks?

I got rejected from CPA Infinity (really should have put more thought into my application), but I don't think they have any content locking software anyway (doesn't say so on affpaying at least)

I have applied to Blam Ads but their affiliate applications are on hold ATM. Some tracking software change, or so they say.

Can anybody suggest any CPA networks that match my criteria? I'd really rather not go back to sharecash. Having to send people to sharecash is one more step where they can decide that they don't actually want whatever it is they are after.

Why not try MGCash? They have some unique tools no other networks have.
