new

I just started my blog I'm getting things done. Do I need to post it how do I get ppl to go to it. I'm using WordPress forgive me if I'm stepping on someone toes by posting a question thats here I need help. I have a domain. I just don't kno wea to start help plz.

Welcome Aboard. You have a domain and you just started a blog. What are you waiting for? Choose a niche which interests you and perform some basic keyword research, and there you're ready to blog. In our life we know most of the answers still wait for others to say the same on our face. Trust yourself and move ahead. Just believe and work harder.

And if you are beginner I suggest you to find a niche in low competition and between 10k-15k month local searches. Then find the best CPC keywords and find how to rank

What's your passion? Hone in on it, and write your ass off. I'd suggest picking out some very longtail phrases with around 100-200 exact searches per month, that can be ranked with just the title tag and some good content/basic manual social bookmark links. Then once you are getting rankings easily for those, slowly scale up to bigger phrases and depending on how you monetize you should have a budget to outsource some offpage seo. Good luck

As mentioned by other members, your first step is to find what you like to write about and focus on creating content about that topic (or topics). As far as getting people to go to your site, you can start by setting up an account with web master tools and indexing your site there. Also submit a sitemap. You can do the same thing in Bing web master tools. This will get the ball rolling on getting your site to appear in search.

You could also build social profiles around your blog niche and start getting followers. Post links to your blog on a regular basis (like every time you post something). This will also start some traffic coming in. That should get you started. Once you have all that done I'm sure you can find some more answers on BHW.
