Hello, been lurking a long time but just registered today. I do mainly white hat but I'm interested in AI techniques that are made possible with gpt systems such as gpt4 and llama2

Thank you everyone. To be honest I've not been here since all the new GPT stuff (took a hiatus from work) so I'm just catching up on everything. Is there any thread you guys can recommand that will blow my mind and that's not in the top threads at the moment? I'm checking the two threads from @Jaordas and they're super nice and already answer a lot of my questions.

Also interested in new software/services to give me ideas or that I'll just use straight away for prototyping before coding my own.

I think people are always scared of technology, especially with LLMs that can "seem" human. I'm excited for everything that's to come out of it. It will improve efficiencies, and not replace but augment workers. It's a wonderful time to be a webmaster with some unique knowledge :-)
