New Youtube View Bot?

While looking for some videos on youtube that were recent I stumbled upon a video that was 2 Minutes old but had 16k views and 1 like. I started seeing multiple of these instances this morning. Anybody know how they are doing this?

They are more thank likely just purchasing views. There are no working youtube views bots.

Well, as for delivery, I deliver views that start instantly and come in very quickly, I don't know how or why it would have updated so quickly. YouTube takes 3 hours minimum to update, so not sure how it's possible to get to 16k in 2 minutes...
 
It was just fake likes and views. You can find many offers of such on Fiverr easily and only in $5.
 
They unlisted the videos, send views to them and then list them
 
Would uploading private have the same result?

Also still in question how so much views can be gained in two minutes.

No because a private video has been published. Besides, private videos are restrictive because they can be watched by a maximum of 50 people only.

The 'two minutes' in this case refers to the time since the video was published i.e made public. Technically it could have been uploaded days or even weeks earlier as unlisted and gained those views slowly

A) The video was unlisted when views were sent to it and the published

or

B) The channel publishing the video has a mass amount of active subscribers
