Nope not right now You can save titles maybe but not Description and tags. Maybe get a custom coded bot if you really need.

I was exactly looking for such a way to save/backup youtube videos with titles,tags and description and found MVB pro(mass video blaster) have such that feature to save and mass upload on different accounts.I am still on a way to buy it or not for 77$
