It depends on what kind of content, here everything is ambiguous, because new videos can gain 10-20 views, although the content is of high quality and works on other resources, BUT it is difficult to find old videos.
As far as I understand, YouTube's algorithm is one of the strangest and most complicated at the same time (I'm talking exclusively about short videos).
I think you can't find old videos as there is too much content on this platform. Sometimes even the title/keywords and hashtags don't even help in finding the right video.

Aged channels have lot of advantages. It has better chances to get viral. Also, the ad rates on an aged channel are better so you will make more for same amount of views.

either or would be fine, with a aged account you have more chances to avoid discoverability problems and restrictions for new accounts, but there are new accounts that get more discoverability and are limited in certain acctions to avoid spam so either or will be fine it just depends, aged accounts have regular discoverability and new ones have a boom for few days and then goes to normal, so check pro and cons like that and if is worth or no is up to you.

No, it doesn't make a difference as the people watch videos that are relevant to them and the algo would only give the people videos respected to their choice.
And the youtube algo is a bot and doesn't have feelings so why would it care if an account is 7 days old or 7 years

Aged channel is better. Even if you do not have an aged channel, you can buy from marketplace.

I read a question on YouTube (on the google help page) about this. A user asked this question. Google support answered that all accounts, old or new, are treated with the same respect.
Nevertheless, it is useful to investigate this in detail.
But on the other hand, you have to think about this;
- After you start creating a channel, your account ages over time (1 year accounts for example) and if your progress is already correct during this period, new / old is no longer taken into account. (My personal opinion)

No, it's not normal. You should be able to find your video on a new YouTube channel. If you can't, that's a shadowban problem.

There is a of course there is , new channel if you upload CPA or stuff like that you will get your video removed very fast and maybe instant but in aged channels it will stay , and if aged channels got traffic before like high views subs they get higher rep in algo , thats why all the cpa guys use aged youtube channels to keep away the algo for removing their content and to push ranks better
