New Youtube Channel + Old Adsense account

I have an old Adsense account that has disabled YouTube channels on it.

Now i have a new YouTube channel with 4000 subscribers and 10,000 watch hours.

Is if the new channel linked to this account adsense will be disabled?

Note: This account Adsense has not been linked to any channel for more than 6 months!

create a new adsense account. Never associate this account with suspended account and keep things clean .
