What are yours?

For me:
  • Not skipping out on the last 30 or 60 minutes of my work day anymore (even though I can schedule my own times..)
  • Cycle atleast 15 minutes a day after work on days I don't work out
  • Put my phone away after 21:00 and before 08:00, and definitely not use it in bed anymore as it aches my neck
  • Stop checking my e-mails, leads, and everything between after work and before bedtime (more relaxation after work)

This is actually quite good!

Myself and I started working on us long time ago.. It is an eternal process..

Yep, same for me. Started mostly with it in the beginning of 2019. Stopped eating processed shit, having a good climate in my working space, and many more things. Haven't been ill for 10 months now, while usually it would've been a few weeks every year.

People often call me crazy, but those are the ones who came nowhere in life and have no goals whatsoever

  • At least I need to spend time on my health. So, I am planning to do MMA, Meditation, and Yoga.
  • Complete 12 Books (1 Book per month)
  • Improve my agency brand Level 1 to Level 4

How do you define these levels?

For me it was surprising how I for a long time was totally off processed food TV and crap energy people.. And than suddenly I came back (for some part) in the same habitat environment as I was before.. I learn to balance those two with time and gradually to go back on "perfection" habits.. I even started smoking again in the process but I quit again 6 months back - felt great again to do it - it was quite harder!
The whole process stripped away the feeling of the fake "enlightenment" ego trip. Really happy about it.

Can I just copy your resolutions, save me time making up my own :D

It probably won't do all of this, but I'd like to:

- Get Diagnosed and medicated with/for ADHD
- Get up at 7am everyday, also on Weekends and go to bed at 12am everyday, also on Weekends
- Build up a small CPA site and investing the money in a real business.
- Build up relationships to old friends again
- Get to do Cardio and Intermittent Fasting
- Read around 12 Books of the 40 I bought and wanted to read this year already
- Meditate Daily

Probably more, but thats just something I will plst here

$5000 per month by end of quarter one through affiliate marketing, $10,000 by quarter 4
