New Years Resolution Profiting

Well after hours of studying I have decided the niche I want to market, it just popped into my brain tonight "Why the hell don't i market some new years resolutions?" so long story short i bought a domain and i'm going to use seo like crazy + my keywords aren't overly abused anyways i reccomend this method for anyone

1. Stop smoking
2. Get Fit
3. Lose Weight
4. Enjoy Life More
5. Quit Drinking
6. Get Organised
7. Learn Something New
8. Get Out of Debt
9. Spend more time with the Family
10. Help Others

I see 3 niches right there to fill your pockets, and remember this is only 10 of thousands of new years resolutions

i've read hundreds of ebooks and watched 100's of videos and the main quote that stuck out was this:

"Find the problem, become the solution"

This my friend = sales

I will be updating my progress. Lord knows i need the money...

looks like a good idea, right on top of the trends,
but you will have to be quick though. the effect of most newyear's resolutions is over in two weeks of now :p

I myself am trying to quit smoking, and have not survived yesterday night....

That is why it's so profitable though it's 2010, people have been trying to quit smoking since they were 16 and have tried everything, sounds like you could use a new product yourself :)~

Wow, I know what you said was nothing new to me or anyone else having been here for any amount of time BUT the way you related a very common method and approach to THE NEW YEAR RESOLUTION thing is absolutely brilliant....keep it up...and you keep thinking that way; you'll see great success in the near future....but as of now, just to let you know, I am onto in and i do have a fairly aged domain name from where i can promote all of them.:D...Thanks n happy new year.

the only thing you need to quit smoking, is the will to do.
currently, I really don't want to though.

FYI I'm 19 and I've been smoking since I've been 13 :p
 
Nice share, but this is one of the oldest tricks in the books.

Anyone marketer knows(or should know) that New Years resolutions are a hot time for making sales.

If you don't know this, then thanks to the OP you do.

The only problem is marketing New Years resolutions from now is going to be a bit hard since the already competitive niches like weight loss, quit smoking, etc are going to get even more competitive.

If you stick at it, you can still see some returns, but the absolute best way to make the most of your seasonal marketing is to plan and start early.
 
I think you got this from Reader's Digest (Jan 2010 issue).

I've been thinking about getting into a niche from the list too. :)
