I recently updated to the new Wordpress, 3.7, and every single page, when loaded into a browser, was just blank. Even the wp-admin was inaccessible.
I did a little digging, and this post helped me out.

I had to manually go through each plugin in the plugin folder, 1 by 1, until I found the problem plugin. It was a deactivated plugin too, but still gave 3.7 troubles I guess.
To most WP gurus, this post will probably be unhelpful, but please understand that I wanted to put it out there to help others like me.
