New Wordpress Theme Needed Custom

Hi

I am after a high end wordpress theme (designed and coded to my specs)

This will be for a furniture store that rents and sells furniture

main page: flash, a few pictures and 2 boxes: rent and buy

rent side: will have categories ( expendable as I need to add)
each category will open up in pictures and pricing ( no ecommerce)
each picture will have a rating system and reviews posted by users
each picture will have :" those that bought item x, also bought item y

buy side : same as above, but with ecommerce


I would love to be able to communicate with a designer via phone, thus an american designer
