New Website

i purchased yesterday (07/18/20) a domaine name today (07/19/20) i found 300 page indexed .
my question is how much time to start make backlinks and social for this new website.

There is the school of thought, that you should start backlinking with even 10 articles. I started backlink outreach at 40. The guys at Income School dont even do outreach and some of their sites have 500 articles. But their youtube channel funnels traffic and organic backlinks.
If i were you id start backlinking asap. However, what are these indexed pages? Are they articles? Are they blackhat posts, that have been nulified by a google algo update?

I think you should buy hosting and recreate website with indexed articles.
