It is difficult to get fast traffic unless you bought an aged domain, and it had high-quality backlinks. if you have a new domain, the best approach is to keep writing quality articles, then do some backlinks by HARO, and manual outreaches or even if you have to buy, only the best quality and be extra careful, many website sell ton of backlinks, and they don't provide any juice. So, buying is a double edge sword, it may help but also harm you.
