New website which is cloned from webnode gr seems to rank high at least for the first two days after submitting in to the index, but after that it's vanished from search results.

Should I keep working on that or just drop it?

I've seen a few website rank high in only a few weeks.

    It's a wordpress karma installation.

    Please advise.

This is what can be called the "Google sandbox" effect, newly indexed websites will show up in ranks on Google but after a couple days they are relegated to depths of web. How drastic was the fall and how long did it take are major factors to take in consideration, your best option would be to wait a few days and see if they come back up.

Off topic: Are you voting today? If so will you vote yes or no? Just curious.

You've been sandboxed my friend..keep working on it, build some high quality links, don't spam your links..you'll come out of it gradually..social signals will help too

If you are able to make decent money out of the listing for those couple of days that its on top, then just create yourself a never ending cycle - always have your next one ready to jump to the top about the same time the last one is falling.
