but when i am trying to access my website i cant......
can some one tell me what i should do

i cant post a link to my website..... to show you the error

please help me !:1zhelp:
i want to start working on my site but i cant

you haven't provided a lot of info...what is it you see when you attempt to visit the site? is the domain name new? did you recently update the domain's name servers? are you able to connect to the site at the temporary URL (aka the direct server URL, which is usually something like server.name/~cPanelUsername)?

Go lookup domain propagation. Just because you register a domain name today does not mean you will be able to access today. If that's not the problem be a little more descriptive in your question. Nobody will have a clue what you are talking about until you do.

the domain on pending and i am talking now with a support of hostgator and i dont know why they are looking for my photo ID

There will be right your domain It is also problem.

why my domain is a problem?hostgator so slowi once used bluehost and i could use my site in a secondi am now talking for about an hour in the chat with the supportand they are asking me to send photo id i dont know why they need to do something like this in first place.....i am disapointed but i want my site up and running so i have to do itnext time i will buy only from bluehost

Maybe it has something to do with your niche? Are you in a niche where there is a chance that you'll be filled a DMCA? Or maybe because of your payment method? Did you send via Western Union?

When you information does not checkout the transaction could be placed on hold.

Did you point the name servers, Jump on hostgators live support they will let you know whats going on.

That's probably wise anyway. Hostgator oversells their servers and that is why sites on them are slow to load. You might get lucky and be placed on a new server that is not oversold yet, but I'm sure it would not take them much time to cram more accounts into it and degrade the quality for everyone else. Keep watch on your Google webmaster tools account for server errors on your Hostgator hosted accounts. If you start seeing the errors, move to another host or your ranks will tank.

And what hosting company doesn't overload it's servers ?

the support so baddidnt help me at alljust said to me in 24-48 hours it should be verificated and if not you get refundedi wont ever buy from hostgator again

Hostgator will initially ask for personal document (scanned ID, usually) as part of their verification process, hence your account is put on hold during this process. And after they have validated your account, you can use it. You should read the initial support email they sent you after signing up.

i send them 2 times my passport and they said it wasnt enought and that its not clear or parts missing but i pictured the passport part where my information is without the photo part but they said that its not enought so what you did to prove
them???

I sent my scanned driver's license and my account was verified right after. So until now your hosting account is still on hold? Did they happen to ask for another document then, or did you offer to send another one? Try sending another document since sending them the same copy of the same document or ID didn't work - a scanned ID (back to back if needed), or ask them what exactly is missing in what you've sent.

i asked for refund

i will never buy again from them
i wanted to start my website as soon as possible and untill now i fight with them
i should get my refund that month for sure.........

i send them my photo id like 5 times but they say they want to see my photo and all 4 edges
i said to them i dont want to do that anymore so i asked for refund

I won't supply photo ID to anyone - not even government departments

You are right to ask for your money back, and go with a company that doesn't treat you like a criminal
