Hi guys, want to ask your advice on getting my new pages to index. A few weeks ago I've added a few new services to my website, and created pages for them. I pinged the pages, set up twitter accounts with links to those pages, created a handful of back links going to those pages, and updated the pages with some new content. Its been a few weeks and only about half of my new pages have been indexed. Is there any other way to get them to index?

Note: I have not set up Google Webmaster tools for this site, so have not made a site map for it. Have always been wary of using Webmaster tools, and have never had a problem getting my pages indexed in the past.

Thanks

You already did lots of things that should get you indexed. simply relax and give it another week time..

It will get indexed sooner or later. Googles crawlers aren't perfect. I suggest adding it to WMT and submit a sitemap. Or you can bookmark your pages.

You can also tweet links to your website using old power twitter accounts.
Please also check apache logs for substring Googlebot :)

Boringly straightforward, but WMT as mentioned above seems to work.

Google loves a blogger blog and I've had pages there indexed in minutes - assume that pointing a link from there to your site would give you a quick win

You're doing fine dk1180. If you have at the bare minimum a Sitemap, Pinging Tool/Service and some Social Shares, you will definitely be indexed. Some pages take longer but it does happen.

using social profiles. post the link on facbook profiles and pages. but will take some time.

I will tell you a secret : make google adwords account and add your site, but without pushing adverts on...google will crawl and index your site in no time ;)

Go to webmaster tool, select fetch as Google Bot and enter the URL. Tick "This url is a starting point" and your website will be indexed asap :)
