New Website - Need advice.

Okay. Here we go.

I'm starting a website and I need it to be up and running real quick. Why? Well, my niche is like the hottest right now and it's politics related. I installed oxwall on the website but I'm not sure whether this would be good. I'd want the website to be a discussion-related site but at the same time I don't want it limited to a forum.

I'm having trouble changing stuff in oxwall and I could really use some help. I'm on a real tight budget but will do the spending where necessary. I don't think SEO will be neeeded because I'm expecting the site to go viral withing weeks of it being set up. Social media, especially facebook should do.

So the advice I need is - what other things should I install if not oxwall that can provide the same features?
