New website indexing issue with google

Working on a site in health niche. website submitted in search console 45 days ago.

when i search site:domain.com it shows all the pages.
search console shows all pages indexed.
issue is: when i search allintitle or just paste the title with coma "title" in google, that page does not come up in SERP like there are zero results as the title is unique. is this because the site is new?
what should i do ?

Sometimes it takes a little while for new sites to start showing up in search results, so yeah that could be the problem.
