Sonokai - Your site has a nice layout, but there are few things that I think are gonna make this site unsuccessful.
1. Niche - You are not targeting a specific niche. You have anime downloads, music downloads, and mmorpg all thrown together in one site. These 3 are all very lucrative markets in their own respect that have the potential to make you some nice cash. Instead of 1 site mashed together with all 3, I would make 1 separate site for each.
2. Keywords/SEO - You do not seem to be targeting any keywords except really broad ones. I looked at your page source, and your keyword meta data is one that will not help you rank in Google at all. For example, you have "bleach" as a keyword. When someone types in "bleach" into Google, they could be looking for a million different things. You should be going after keywords like "bleach episodes online" or "watch anime online for free".
3. Title/URL - You have really no targeted keywords/keyword phrases in the title. And your URL is un-targeted as well.
4. Monetization - You need to add more ways for you to make money on this site.
5. No list - you need to start building a list, but I would not start until you split up the 3 niches into 3 sites. This way you can build targeted lists for all 3.
I'm not trying to come down on you hard at you at all. I'm just stating what I see and hope you can take it as creative criticism.
This is my advice:
1. Split up the 3 niches into 3 targeted websites.
2. Do more keyword research, choose targeted keyword phrases with lower competition and moderate search volume and go after these.
3. Choose more monetization methods to promote.
4. Start building a list in all 3 niches for later promotional opportunities.
I would also recommend you get a notepad and pen, read through the BHW on SEO and any other area you are unclear about, and then get to work.
