New website development plan PLS HELP !

Hello guys i run a 8 months old website having traffic of about 800 visitor per day ca anyone help me to increase traffic or some link wheel building techniques..

800 visitor per day is good, I don't see why you want even more for 1 site. We need more detail about the niche of the site to determine more traffic sources for you sites. You cant use Facebook promotion for an eBook, people don't go on Facebook to buy stuff.
