New webmaster. Website getting busy. Affiliate?

Hi. I've been running a porn forum for about 5 years now.

It's recently been between 2000-5000 unique hits. I'm new to all this webmaster stuff.

I want to add some juicy ads and sponsor sections. What else could i do?

do websites like xnxx offer some sort of affiliate programs where if i send them

traffic i get paid? What kind of things can i do? I'm new to making money online. So i need some advice

EDIT: I recommended email marketing 'till I misread and saw it was a porn forum. I don't know if email marketing is effective for this or not.

I have 1 banner with ExoClick. And it's been getting a lot of clicks a day so i was going add ads juicy ads.

The thing is want to add a section where users can display there own ads. Say 10 dollars for 1 month

But in the meantime if no one buys ads. I want to know if there is sites like youporn where i can put their banner and when someone clicks on it. I get paid. I don't want to put more and more ads. I like affiliate programs better. But i don't know where i can find these.

I will try email marketing. But i'm not sure if i have anything to market. So i don't want to bother my users with a lot of emails.
