It also appears to have a bunch of spammy blogs on it, which I'm guessing is what jeancarlin was getting at(i.e. you can make your own blog with backlinks in it).

start with 30-100 manual d0f0llow (nofollow-free/commentluv/etc) comments and 30-100 manual targeted forum posts from top forums about your niche -> to MS. then 5-10 guest posts on trusted sites. this ensures you start with some good trust and quality.
do 1st tier to money site, 2nd tier also web 2.0 to both 1st tier and money site
wiki, amr, xrumer, sb, etc to both tiers
wiki to previous wiki amr and if you want tier 1 and 2 of web 2.0 (you can have many links in wiki posts)
slow amr drip feeding to MS - use longtail kw anchor and URL
slow wiki drip feeding to MS - use generic kw and URL
build links to MS only to deep pages not homepage
start with 50 links/day for first 2 weeks then increase by 100% for next 5 days, then by 50%, then by 25% (since 100% would be too much since you have many links now).
then, xrumer blast (drip fed) to MS using in-post URL. use targeted posts ONLY! this way you avoid being flagged as spammer and they will not delete them. just scrape a list of URLs for various kw and write and spin a forum posts related to the kw. for example you search for "3d tv" and scrape all forum threads and blast them with a post where you say you want to buy a tv but while you read http://1.com/page and http://2.com/page you're still not sure fi to pay the extra for 3d since there's not a lot of 3d content that you watch personally. simple and effective.

Never do xrumer profile-only blasts or generic (non-targeted) posts.
Never do SB blasts with keyword in author name
what i just outlined above will cover you for low to medium keywords.

Op did not update this thread from long time, after panda and penguin updates, a lot of websites now not allowing spun articles or they disabled new register.

It has always been this way though. They are always meticulous when it comes to the quality of the content especially after the sudden surge of registrations after the private blog networks went down.
