mytripjournal deletes probably all blogs that have links, and they aren't related to travel. They deleted all blogs i have created on their site.

I had an account with them and it got deleted after a month
The links still shows on my google webmasters report.
I am not sure if these link last or will they die eventually.

A buddy of mine had some of his web 2.0s deleted, and he thinks it was because they were spun content. Is it no longer safe to use spun content for our 2.0s or do we just need to avoid using certain sites, and then we will still be safe with spun content?

It wasn't too long ago they had registration turned off, something tells me they're not worth the hassle.
The other two sites, I'll check out and add to list next update, thanks and + rep.
Yea I saw that, I am going to test them out and see what happens. There was another one thats in the list that said the same thing. Maybe its just to scare us off.

Some sites will delete your posts just because they are promotional. Its best to throw up as much as you can, even though some will be deleted.
I have some picky blogs on the list, just because sometimes its good to get in some link diversity, get as many different links from different IPs as possible ... and sometimes its worthwhile to get links from the difficult blogs even if you have to be sneaky about it (write a post that sounds like it isn't marketing and sneak a link in).
