New vs purchased aged accounts

I want to create one personal social media account for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tik Tok. I'm building it up to look as genuine as possible with followers and so forth. I'm using free Adpowers browser and residential proxies. Is it better to start accounts from scratch or purchase aged account? If purchasing aged accounts is better I am asking:

Do I have to use the same IP or proxy that was last used in the aged account to avoid getting banned?
Will buying followers, like and,, comment for new account cause them to ban it?

As a user, seller mass creator provider I recommend this:
- If you want to spam or do mass actuons, use aged (manually created accounts are better than the ones created with automation, but far more expensive)
- If you want to grow an account from scratch, use a new one
 
There is no need for aged account, if you are planning to build them up to look authentic. But if they are aged, you are able to buy engagements without sending off a red flag to these platforms.

It depends on your goals.. what do you plan on doing with these accouts.. post social business stuff or just as your main personal accounts..

Personal accounts using AI model. I want to DM people alot without getting banned. No marekting spam.
