New vs Old Instagram account

Using a two-year-old account could give you an edge in terms of trust and organic reach, but it depends on the account’s history. If it's clean and active, it might perform better. Otherwise, starting fresh with a well-targeted approach could work too!

If you’re experienced and know how to setup the phone from the start, without any vpns and tweaks you should go with new account, If you have no experience go with old aged account.

The reason why most people are saying Aged instagram accounts are better is because they have a session. The way an account gets a session is by having a person or automation tool use the profile as it is intended too. Things like Following users, liking posts and watching stories, are all good ways to create a session and take the account from "new" status, to "aged".

I think using old account is better for getting more impression. Old account already have followers, so reach may be more. But new account can also get more impression if content is good. So, you can use old account first, see results, then decide.

I am starting something new on Instagram. I have one two-year-old account that can be used. But, should I use old or new? Which one has the advantage of getting more impressions?
You can use any of them. Did you buy the old account from someone?

On Instagram, new or old doesn’t matter, just pick one niche with relevant hashtags and consistently share high-value posts.
