This one I think is better. The page had a history of being created a time ago have more trust on FB. Just make sure it hasn't been used and has no followers cause it may distract your audience file

I find that both of these things are the same, if your old page already has previous interactive traffic, it will be better.
 
If your old page has no problems then I think you should use it better and you can create a new page to see its effectiveness

Depending on the content you want to use on your site, there is not much of a difference, you will have to start uploading the content from scratch. But in my opinion, you can use old pages and rename them
