New vs Aged Account for Personal Use

Hi All,

Hoping some of yous can shed some light on what might be the best way forward for my use case;

Wanting a LinkedIn profile that will represent me personally, my profile pic, my bio, my real name, my new business venture.

I'm wanting to do a whole lot of outreach (DM's) and connection requests with my target market.

Would you advise I get an aged account (I understand changing names is a red flag?) or do I just open a fresh new account?

Note: I already have 1 other personal account that was created in 2012-2013, with 100+ connections and endorsements that I don't really want to use - that was my corporate guinea pig life lol. It has VERY MINIMAL engagement aside from a few messages these past 3 years.

new accounts just create recently there is no much activity in that

old accounts created year ago there is lot of activity in that

old account is good compare to new accounts
 
For lots of daily DM's then definitely a few years aged one will be much better.
 
Thanks folks, but can we change names, photo and profile details etc on an aged LinkedIn profile without getting flagged?

Typically, I find LinkedIn is more lenient towards older accounts' infractions. Seems to be a general truth but not sure if there's any real or tangible data for this.

Older accounts are typically better but you will break T&C for having multiple accounts on your identity which will be very bad and you may get both of those accounts banned.

Seems like for your case it would be just better to find a linkedin lead generation agency which will help you connect with your target audience and therefore mitigating the risk of your real account getting restricted, cheers
 
Older accounts work better as they have less restrictions

if you want ot start soemthing new use a new linkedin account because in the new profile you can add whatever you want for the good, and start building it from your desired requirements, I suggest you to take a look at your niche account for the idea
