New vendor questions about conversion

Already i had a few questions since i am about to release my first product on clickbank and i just want to make sure that i am doing everything right

I realize that as a vendor all of my money will come from more and more affiliates promoting my product succesfully so i went ahead and created numerous promotion tools for them. My affiliate tools webpage is nice and filled but my real question is how am i suppose to show my affiliates that it actually converts at a certain percentage? Do i need to wait until the product is approved and then promote my own link or will some traffic stats and paypal screen shots be enough?

Would love your input including any other vendor tips and tricks
