New user trying to get experience

Before i talk a little bit about myself, hello and merry christmas to everybody and i hope all of you are happy and well.

So, talking about me... i started digging around this internet marketing thing 1 month ago, but with very little research. i tried to start an affiliate marketing business by creating a blog and facebook page in my native language (portuguese) and it ended up doing pretty bad, atleast in this first few days.
I saw this forum but never really spent many hours here till today, today i spent some time reading posts and comments and i realised... OH BOY , this is a lot bigger than i tought!
From what i gathered the best way right now to market a product, page, or business is to start an instagram account (correct me if im wrong), in a focused niche, build it till a point it gets good traffic, and make it profitable (different people have different ways) .
Facebook is a lot harder to do this as you cant really "follow" people as a page, and it is really hard to warm up.
Looking for tips, trying to be influent and create an internet business and some income since i study and barely have money to think out of the box.

One thing that makes me sad is that 50$ is not a lot if you live in the US but in Portugal 50€ is like so so much... and the definition of "cheap" and "expensive" is really different.

Try to look around and see if you can find any method that suitable for you.
One thing that you can do is actually try to work as a freelancer on upworks or sell some service on fiverr to earn some quick money to start.
Like translating stuffs, or doing things you are good at.

Thank you for your response.
That is not really viable since i am a pretty young adult (or late teen, as you want) and i dont really have any talent to sell and i doubt translations are actually requested(??), and looking at the fact that i would be a new member i would probably get nothing to do i thibk

Dont limit yourself if you are young.
Actually theres a lot of teenagers earning a lot doing fiverr or the likes.
When it comes to translating, the ones that buy traslation service on fiverr are not looking for professional.
They are just looking for native speaker.
You can also learn some computer skills or graphic design skills designing logos and stuffs.
You can do freelance posting blog comments.
The choices are endless.

Instagram marketing os better than Twitter marketing? And would those be a good strategy?
