NEW TYPE OF SPAM ON INSTAGRAM

Hey guys...recently i have noticed a lot of instagram accounts like this given below in the link... what they do is post a pic naming top ugly people and then there are like 30k plus comments on that pic ....which like fake automated comments tagging people...any idea how is he making any type of gain from it?

Yeah i see this type of spam before on vk. But pic contain some ads or link on it.
 
Its a phishing website obviously but it works surprisingly well. Once you enter in your info it installs a 3rd party instagram app im sure and makes you comment like a spambot.
