There are so many tools for bulk unfollowing. I use twitter karma.

Mine still works.... To be honest. I think it would only be hummingbird that would be broken. I cant imagine many other programmers designing something that works from the user interface.

you mean api limit
twitter servers are happier these days, till new hummingbird will come out
