New twitter bot?!

I'm in desperate need of a twitter bot that will carry out the actions of following up to specified twitter follow limits then unfollow people who are not following me, I thought i could code my own bot since i have experience coding runescape bots back from 13-17 (Maxed out btw) but i was sadly overwhelmed at the vast amount of information and terms i'm unfamiliar with . I'm new to this whole side of internet advertising and i'm really trying to find a strong foothole to get a jump into it without being to much of a mooch but cheers i appreciate all misinformation any of you provide !
