Any recommendations for software that works similar to TweetAdder? Looking for something that is updated regularly and is preferably a one-time payment for life or perhaps a small monthly fee.

I saw a recommendation for TweetBoss in an earlier post but the unlimited account version is $397.
 
I gave up on Twitter marketing a little while ago primarily because of how difficult it had become to get traffic from it, the ROI just didn't work for me. But yeah, this update does seem painful for people who rely on it as an income model.

Yep, check my signature. Aside from proxies and rank checkers, no way am I paying monthly for anything if I can help it. This is why I left kontent machine--give me an option for a lifetime sub.
