New to Youtube, best tutorial/course?

I want to start a Youtube channel but I'm completely new, any tutorial or course you recommend?

There are many channels on youtube which teach this thing. You can follow them for this advice.
 
Good luck in your journey. As with anything, knowledge is power. Keep pressing forward and don’t give up when you get frustrated. We’ve all be there at one time or another and it can be tempting to quit early on.

Is it enough to upload videos in 1080p at 60 fps or better in 4k at 30/60 fps?

Try Searching YouTube SEO on YouTube.
You can use Hitfilm free video editor.

1080p would be enough in most cases. But if you have decent specs, rendering at 4k will give you better results as YouTube will use a better codec.

If they would be videos of trips, tours and information about places. Then maybe a 4k at 60 fps is fine.
 
I consult again, 4k at 60 fps or 4k at 30fps? I have a big question :)
