    Hi

Sorry if this is not in the correct section.

I am new to WP and a little overwhelmed by the control panel. Are there any sites for eBooks out there that approaches using WP from a beginners point of view, explaining what all the sections are.

Also I am looking for a there that does not look like a blogging there if you know what I mean.

    Thanks

#2 Good share....dont forget you can get all the you want in the blogging sub-forum.

OP it probably looks overwhelming but stick with it and you will see why it is such a popular basis for most peoples sites on here

Thanks. I will have a read of that tomorrow while i am at work

Also another quick question. I have been messing with WP all day in a test directory on my site. I am starting to get something that I like the look of now and a lot more professional that what's up right now.

I have use a basic web page editor to get my site up and running but now want to change to using WP. Will I have to uninstall it and reinstall on root or can I copy files over and change the General setting info..

If its a fiddly job then I am happy to uninstall and reinstall to keep it all neat and tidy

    Thanks again
