I am in interested in flipping websites/domain/apps, but I am absolutely clueless about it.

For flipping domains, what rules do you guys generally follow? I know most won't openly say how they choose their websites, but I am curious as to your process of weeding out the bad domains. The same applies to apps and websites.

For flipping websites and apps, do you guys buy and then sell it or do you guys buy a website/app hold it while it generates money and then sell it?
