New to this need help

I have a web-site, thinking of buying another. I have 20 proxy servers(that is don't use, nor do i know what to use them for). Does anyone have some forum post that I can read and learn on what I need to do to earn cash? What can I use my proxies for?

When I type my website into google, my website doesn't even come up. I'm guessing my SEO sucks. Any suggestions?
