Hello everyone!

I am new on SEO. I am trying to make a website on weebly to get referrals on a GET PAID TO site, i only know how to make the keywords, but i dont understand the concept of the Backlinks and everything else that is need to be done on the site. Please help :(

All that information is already on BHW, all you have to do to find it, is look for it! and use the search function.
 
Backlinks are your url/web address appearing on another site. You just have to make that happen.

As for everything else, starting with site structure onto content and then monetization, and backlinks are all in the various threads on here.

you seem to have been here for quite some time, just spend some time, look around the journey threads and the methods to see how things work for some people. There is no magic tip that you will be given to go and plug into your site. It is a strategy and once you check out some guides here, you will know what to do.

Backlinks are interpreted as votes by search engines and the more of them that your site has, the better it's rankings. However, this is not always true because the quality matters a lot and is even more important than sheer quantity. When a site links to your site, your site gains a backlink from it.

You'll have to read more to fully understand what backlinks are and how to get them.
 
All the time people want a spoon shoved in their mouths. Look around and you will find everything you need to know.
 
Get wordpress. Install Yoast SEO or similar plugin. Make all urls keyword friendly (settings>permalink), focus on long tail first, create main pages of keywords you want to rank, fill up blog posts with content to publish 1-7 times a week. Get a ton of content and you will rank for something...Link to main pages within each blog posts. Let site age/consistent content. Lookup what backlinks competitors have, copy the non spammy, get better ones. Slow and steady link velocity (don't get 100s/1000s right out of the gate), etc. Just start reading books, forums, etc. Never stop reading/ learning and you'll know a lot about SEO before you know it.

The more "quality" backlinks you build the higher the chance of getting your site well ranked, but link building alone is not enough... & while you're "new" I suggest you first to learn some SEO basics to undersrand the game :) "The mind is the limit"
 
Search in Google for (search engine optimization starter Google guide) it's a small book which will help you to understand the basics.
 
Creating a backlinks after a newly or fresh created site, is must for making your site visible in Google.
Therefore, if you had a created a one, then just create some qood, high PR as well as qualitied works....... that will definitely show you starting or initiated result after few days...............
 
You should checkout quicksprout(search on google), it has tons of free valuable information. This forum has a lot of ebooks and courses for free too.

Just to answer your question, a backlink a link on another website to your website.
 
Start with google search algorithm.Apart from this every things available on BHW.
 
You have to do Off page and On page method. In off page SEO you have to create Blogs and Forum Posting and Social Bookmarking to promote your site and get back links to it.
