New To Seo | I need Help

My Website is currently ranked 8 for a certain keyword.
I wanted to create backlinks to it and I did create 3 or 4.
But when I use Ahref , they say I don't have any backlinks. What should I do ?
Another Question : Backlinks from parasites count as backlinks ?
And is this method good :
Money site <-- tier 1 -<- tier 2 <--Spammed backlinks

Ahrefs take some time to get updated. So you need to wait. But you can also find them in Google webmaster.
