One account can have several subreddits, if subreddits is what you meant. They cannot have multiple sub-accounts like on Youtube.
You can get followers both to your account and your subreddit.
To get more members/followers to your subreddit you can post good content consistently and also do crossposting to other subreddits in your niche.
Posts are listed by relevancy/freshness.
Fresh accounts are less likely to get posts approved in certain established subreddits.
I don't know about bots...

Yes, there are limits with fresh account. If you do not like limits, buy an aged account.

Yes, you can have many subreddits with one account and you don't need to invite anyone to have followers. They can just see your subreddit and subscribe.

I'm opening an NSFW subreddit on Reddit with 3 months of new and clean unused accounts. I'm adding a mod as a different new account on it. I share my posts with the mod account. I'm using the 3rd empty new account for extra crossposting, but the subreddit closes on the 2nd day every time. I think something is missing or wrong

don't use any of your accounts to vote on the same posts (this is considered
vote manipulation and is against the rules) or break any of the other
