New to proxies - HELP

I am looking to use youtube promotional software and IP's. Where should i get ip's so that I don't get banned? Also i don't understand the differences in IP's...I want iP's that won't get my accounts banned.

From what you write you should be looking for exclusive (private) proxies, those are not shared with other people which can help greatly to make accounts survive.
Except that all has been said, look for a proxy seller on BHW with good reputation when ordering.
