Hi Guys
I am new to seo
just bough some high pr domain,can anybody tell me how to people will pay me for guest post?

Lol. You need to build a site on the domain, a legit-looking site and work on getting traffic to it consistently through SEO and social media. Only then can you start looking for guest posts or expecting others to pay you to publish their guest posts on your site. It's not all about having a high PR domain. It takes a lot of hard work.

I do have some content but trffic is very difficult now a days

Set up a nice looking site and start posting content. After that, add a "Write for us" section and make sure you use the same phrases used by everyone looking for guest posts (i.e. search BHW for "guest post footprints"). After a while, you'll start getting requests, and depending on how good the domain is, and how well you set up the site, you might even get some people offering to pay for a post.
