New to Followliker, looking to set up multiple accounts

Hey guys, I am new to the whole instagram bot so I have a few questions and I already bought FL.
I want to make 10 accounts for different niche.

1. How many proxies do I need and where to I buy them?
2. Where should I sign up on the accounts and where can i get proxy phone numbers?
3. Is there any other programs you would recommend to manage multiple accounts besides FL? (preferably free)
4. What settings do you guys currently use for them all? I have scrape photo, scrape user, follow, unfollow, comment, like active right now.

1. At least 10 proxies per account
2. Instagram.com, and just use the proxies as phone numbers
3. No.. as you can see by this Instagram section, FL is the only bot.
4. I just use scrape photo and scrape user with 150-200 delays. IG is cracking down HARD these days and will ban you for performing too many actions
