New to Ebay dropshipping

Hey guys ! Im new here and I would like to join the world of drop shipping. (Amazon to ebay).
Now I know drop shipping is legal, but here is a few questions:

1) I'm from middle east, Is it trouble for me to dropship Amazon to Ebay?
If so, What do I need?

2) Should I be worried about getting banned? I heard about using vps and private proxies, but why?
saw nothing illegal so far.

3) Why should I buy stealth account? What's wrong not being stealth?
I want to open 10 users and step after step make their limitations higher, isn't it a good way?

4) VCC Is needed to utilize amazon prime every month, But do I need to use different paypals or anything?

5) Questions about the system, Every month I register new amazon account. with a new vcc, but how do I pay for the items? with my main paypal account? (wont they figure out I alrdy had accounts linked to this paypal?) with my VCC? umm pretty comfused.

Can someone explain me how its done?

When you open an amazon account you dont need vccs. Type your real information with your cc. Even if amazon bans your account with your real information, amazon system allows you to open new account with same infos. When someone orders at you on ebay you go to the amazon and pay that item with your cc to eBay buyer address.

and BTW lets say someone ordered something, and then returns it, what I set the return address in ebay??

You only need a new cc every month if you use amazon prime free trial which give you 30 days trial to get free shipping on most of the items.
