New to Crakrevenue

Hey guys!I just got accepted to crakrevenue and I am interesting promoting some adult offers in order to get some $, ATM I don't have any domain/website but I was thinking to get one after some days, but for now I have a few IG accounts with some thousand followers and traffic on them + just created a snapchat with a girl's name like one of the Instagram accounts I have. I am trying to get some CONVERSIONS so to the people who started like me (with a website and complete a noob) which offer to promote in the social media to get some $ in order to afford the website?
And yeah I am searching/reading/watching videos around BHW and other communitys to learn more so a advice would be appreciated!
